At How To Basically, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your class. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation Requests
- More than 14 days before the class:
● You may cancel your booking for a full refund or reschedule without any penalty if you notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled class date. - 7 to 14 days before the class:
● Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the class will receive a 50% refund. Alternatively, you may reschedule for a future class without any additional fee. - Less than 7 days before the class:
● Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule for a future class with a rescheduling fee of £20.
2. No-Shows
- If you do not attend the class and have not notified us of your cancellation or rescheduling request, you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- First Reschedule Request:
● The first reschedule request made more than 7 days before the class is free of charge. - Additional Reschedule Requests:
● Any additional rescheduling requests or those made less than 7 days before the class will incur a fee of £20.
4. Emergency Cancellations
- We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a genuine emergency, please contact Justin as soon as possible (07957 420195). We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or reschedule without penalty.
5. Cancellation by How To Basically
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future class at no additional cost.
6. How to cancel or reschedule
- To cancel or reschedule your class, please contact Justin via jk@howtobasically.co.uk or 07957 420195 as soon as possible before your scheduled class. Provide your booking details and the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
7. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used during booking.
